Cinnamon Rolls – Soft and fluffy ! Enjoy

Ingredients:
For the dough
4 cups all purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup melted butter, unsalted
2 tsp instant yeast
2 large eggs

For the filling:
1/4 cup softened butter, unsalted
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

For the glaze:
1 cup cream cheese
1 /4 tablespoon softened butter, unsalted
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm whole milk, granulated sugar, softened butter, instant yeast, eggs, and all-purpose flour.
2. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
4. After the 1 hour continue by kneading the dough for 10 – 15 minutes.
5. Roll the dough onto a floured surface into a large rectangle.
6 . Roll the dough tightly into a cylinder starting from one long edge.
7. Using a sharp knife or a string cut the log into 15 equal-sized pieces.
8. Place the cut cinnamon rolls into a greased baking pan.
9 . Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
10. Back for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

*Make the Glaze:*

11. mixing together the cream cheese, softened butter, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

*Serve:*

12. Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
13. Drizzle the prepared glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls.

Serve the cinnamon rolls warm. Enjoy!
