My normal OG set with negi, chashu, fish cake, nori, and soy pickled Daikon.
1# of bacon to 1 gallon of Dashi or any broth for that matter. Chop and render bacon well and add broth/stock and simmer for 20-40 mins (dealers choice). Strain and enjoy with you favorite tare. Doing lighter fare at the shop for spring time. Gonna evolve this dashi more later on.
