Cayennes and jalapeños are all like this (this is the largest by a slight margin). The soil is still happily retaining moisture for now. The pots are +/- 600ml. A good month before they can go outside.

put some light-block on that container first. you can wait till its almost rootbound before transplanting, at the moment you are far from rootbound

Yeah you still got time! Nice healthy looking plant though! Give it another few weeks.
