In this short, I show you how to make a delicious and flavorful hummus that is perfect for dipping veggies, spreading on sandwiches, or adding to salads. This recipe is quick, simple, and sure to become a staple in your kitchen.

Humus – serves 2-4
Preparation time 2 minutes
Ingredients:
200gm cooked and skinless chick peas or 400 tinned chick peas
4-5 minced garlic
2-3 tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
4-5tsp Tahini
1⁄2 -1 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
1⁄4 teaspoon ground coriander
6- 10 tsp iced water
Parsley to decorate

Directions:
In a blender, add chickpeas, salt, spices, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and oil then blend for 2-3 minutes.
Use the slotted spoon to mix and ensure that all the ingredients are combined properly.
Add drops of cold iced water while blending to make the sauce silkier and smoother.
The sauce is ready to be served
