Chicken Pasta Alfredo Recipe

► 5 boneless chicken thighs
► 300 g pasta
► 1 chopped onion
► 3 small bell peppers (in the video red, yellow and orange)
► 200 g spinach
► 1/2 cup (115 g) butter
► 2 cup (470 ml) whipping cream
► 3 cloves minced garlic
► 1/2 cup (115 g) grated parmesan
► 3 tablespoon olive oil
► salt & pepper to taste

Sauté chicken until light golden and cooked through. Make alfredo (butter, whipping cream, garlic and parmesan) add bell peppers and onion. Add cooked pasta and stir to combine. Return chicken to the pan, cover and simmer over medium heat 5-7 minutes.
