Hello, welcome to my channel. Today I am here with a 4-course meal. Our potato and lentil soup is just right. Our pea dish smells delicious, our salad and rice are delicious. First, let’s start with our soup. We add the garlic to our lentils without chopping it.

We add 2 cups of lentils, 2 potatoes, 4 cloves of garlic and an onion. I grate the onion and potato. It’s a pretty light soup. We put the grated onion and potatoes on top of our lentils. I added 2 liters of water to the lentils.

I add 1 teaspoon of chili pepper and a teaspoon of salt to prevent it from foaming and overflowing. I put it on the stove, close the lid and let it cook. It’s about to be cooked in our soup. Our soup is ready, I blend it. We take our soup aside.

For the sauce, we add some oil to the pan. We put it on the stove and wait until the oil heats up. We add some cumin, some black pepper, some chili peppers and some mint to the heated oil and pour our ready sauce over our soup.

We close the lid of our soup, set it aside and start preparing our rice pilaf. I added some salt to 3 cups of rice, added water and soaked it in water for 30 minutes. We pour some oil into the pot and put it on the stove. We wait until the oil heats up.

We add 3 cups of rice to the heated oil and fry it thoroughly. We add 2 teaspoons of salt and 5 glasses of water to our roasted rice, close the lid and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

After our rice pilaf is cooked, we turn off the stove, add 50 grams of butter, close the lid again and let it rest for another 10 minutes. For our pea dish, we put 500 grams of cubed meat in a pot, put it on the stove, close

The lid and roast it until the water evaporates. Let’s prepare the garnish for our pea dish. Friends, I made a little more, but since we are a large family, you can adjust it according to your needs. Charliston pepper, capia pepper, 3 onions, 5-6 carrots, 5 potatoes. Let’s start chopping right away.

First of all, we chop the onions because when the meat absorbs its juice, we will add oil to the meat and immediately put the onions on the meat. We take it aside. Our meat has absorbed its water, we add some oil, friends, and we put the onions on our meat.

After the onions have been roasted for a while, we will immediately add the carrots to the pot. Let’s chop and prepare our carrots. We put the carrots on the meat. After roasting until it softens a little, we add the green pepper again. I will add capia pepper and potatoes.

Green pepper and capia pepper are my must-haves as garnish. It adds a pleasant taste both in terms of taste and visually. I also put our peppers on the meat. I’m frying it a little. I add 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste and one tablespoon of pepper paste to the garnish

And fry for 3-5 minutes. I add potatoes and 1.5 kilos of peas. I add water to cover it a little. I close the lid and let it cook. The food started to boil. We turn the heat down and let it brew slowly.

I add some chili peppers and some black pepper to our pea dish. I close the lid, leave it to rest and start making the salad. Now it’s green salad time. I’m starting to do it right away. You can cut our green salad into any size you want.

I chop 2 tomatoes into large pieces. I add cucumber, 3 medium sized cucumbers. We leave our salad aside and grate the carrots and radishes. I put the carrots and radishes in separate bowls and set them aside. I will use radishes and carrots to decorate the salad.

We squeeze the juice of 1.5 lemons for our salad. I add lemon juice to the salad and add some olive oil. I don’t add salt. I do not prefer salt because it releases too much water when I add salt to the salad. You can add salt if you wish.

I mixed the salad well… I set it aside. Our meals are ready. Pea dish smells delicious. Our rice is grain by grain. Our soup tastes great and my favorite menu item is the salad. Let’s move on to the service immediately. Thanks for watching.
