Filling:

Vegetable oil (2 tbsp) Ground meat (500g) Garlic (2 cloves, chopped) Black pepper (1 tsp) Turmeric (1 tsp) Red chili powder (1 tsp) Keema masala (2 tbsp) Garam masala (1 tsp) Dry coriander (1 tsp)
Chaat masala (1/2 tsp) Chili flakes (1/2 tsp, optional) Salt (to taste) Onion (1, chopped)
capscum (1, chopped) Fresh coriander (a handful, chopped)

Mozzarella cheese (shredded) Instructions:

Make the Dough: Combine flour, salt, yeast, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Slowly add lukewarm water and knead until a soft dough forms. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

Prepare the Filling: Heat oil in a pan. Fry the ground meat until browned. Add chopped garlic, black pepper, turmeric, red chili powder, keema masala, garam masala, dry coriander, chaat masala, and chili flakes (if using). Season with salt to taste. Saute for a few minutes. Add chopped onion and cook until softened. Finally, stir in chopped tomato and fresh coriander. Let the filling cool completely.

Assemble the Pizza Boats: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking tray.

Fill and Fold: Place a generous amount of cooled filling in the center of each oval dough. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Fold the long sides of the dough inwards to form a boat shape. Gently pinch the edges to seal.

Bake: Place the pizza boats on the prepared baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
