Cooked on cast iron and salted 24 hours beforehand. Learned the salting tip from Chef Jean Pierre on YouTube. I like it.

Looks good other than for the pile of weeds on top of it

That would be my only meal or life choice I can smell it here bro

The amount of rosemary and garlic is absurd, but otherwise looks excellent.

Steak looks great! Garlic does look a little rough. Try caramelizing the garlic in butter while the steak rests.

Typically you don’t keep the cooking herbs on the plated dish. Otherwise looks good

Holy shit, I’m all in. Looks like it melted in the mouth. Seeing that garlic, on another post where someone halved a clove and cooked it in clove – garlic has been all that I’ve been thinking of food wise this weekend and this doesn’t hurt. Salud.

  11. I didn’t know you could make Caesar salad with beef.

No sear which is why you piled the rosemary and garlic on top of it. Gross. If you’re not going to eat it, don’t take a shitty picture of it. Also, you’re definitely a man.

JUST the right amount of garlic. 👌🏻
