Vegan Tahini Cookie Recipe,4 ingredients only, Easy to make!

Ingredients:
7.1 oz/200g Vegan Plant Butter
8.8 oz/250g Sugar
17.6 oz/500g Sifted All Purpose Flour
9.5 oz/270g Tahina
Walnuts (optional)

Steps:
1-Stir Vegan plant butter, sugar, flour and tahina until they are well combined
2-Gradually increase the speed to medium-low for 10 seconds
3-On a silicone pan, use a cookie scoop to portion out the dough
4-Place it in the fridge for 30 for minutes
4-Form the dough into balls
5-Top with half walnut
6-Bake at 350 °F/175 °C for 25 minutes (Baking temperature may vary depending on the oven)
