1 savoy cabbage
7 oz | 210g | 1 cup green lentils
4oz | 100g | 1 cup walnuts
2 chopped tomatoes
1tbsp ketchup
1tsp ground cumin
1tsp ground paprika
Salt to taste

🥣 sauce ingredients:
1/2 onion
3oz | 80g | 1/2 cup grated carrots
10fl oz | 300ml | 1 1/4 cup passata
9oz | 240ml | 1 cup vegetable stock
1tsp sugar

ℹ️ Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
ℹ️ You can use Savoy cabbage, Napa cabbage or a regular cabbage for this recipe.
ℹ️ Choose the Right Cabbage: opt for a firm, medium-sized cabbage with tightly packed leaves. This makes it easier to separate the leaves without tearing.
ℹ️ Experiment with Fillings: feel free to get creative with the filling. Try adding cooked grains like quinoa or barley, bulgur, mushrooms etc.

👋Hello and welcome! Today I will share with you easy and delicious cabbage recipe! 👍 💖 For this recipe you need 1 Savoy cabbage. Separate cabbage leaves. ℹ️ You can also use a regular cabbage or Napa cabbage for this recipe.

Watch the video until the end to learn how to make cabbage rolls with lentils in incredibly delicious way! Boiling water. Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 10 minutes. Add 7 oz | 210g | 1 cup lentils to a saucepan. Pour 25fl oz | 700ml | 3 cups water.

  5. Oh for goodness sake!, when are you youtubers going to stop saying rubbish like 'Better than meat' (which is only your opinion), and maybe say 'I think it's better than meat'? I tried your recipe, and even though I'm not a huge meat fan, I'll say it definitely was not better than any meat meal I've eaten. It's purely false titled.
