2 lbs Chicken Thighs and legs cleaned
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/4 cup mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup Green seasoning (sofrito)
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon flavor
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Honey Mustard Sauce
1/3 cup Mustard
3/4 cup Honey

Have this you could use your herbs dried herbs whatever you have oregano what have you this has um cilantro um onions Peppers garlic celery some other stuff too okay which is a great base so I’m going to add some of that to this chicken okay a cup of mustard here I’m eyeing it

Guys okay a good4 cup of mustard that’s about two teaspoon of black pepper now I like a little heat mine so you know do you if you don’t you know I’m going to add a little bit more garlic to mine here okay teaspoon two the 3 teaspoon of seasoning salt chicken

Bullan okay but again you season this according to your palette I’m actually adding about a good three taspo of this okay you season it according to you okay a little Ki and I’m going to add a little bit of this honey in here I’m going to use

About have 12 oz of honey so I’m going to add good tablespoon or so of honey okay and we’re going to just mix that together okay now you can get your hands in here but this is what I’m doing baby okay this is honey mustard chicken okay now you can get your hands

A good 30 minutes you could do it a little bit more just so I could uh show y’all how to do this here all right my loves so now I am going to put my chicken into a pan hand all right that are thighs and legs here guys don’t worry the ingredients

All listed in the description box below all right look at that add a little bit of water just a little bit not that much just to get the remnants I’m going to Loosely cover this guys with some aluminum foil just like roughly like you know it doesn’t have to be tight tight on

But cuz I don’t want it to boil but at the same time it’s going to bake so you know you can have a little bit of it escaping from here because I’m not looking cuz you know chicken makes its own water and makes it own juices

All right so I’m going put it now in a 350° oven okay and we’re going to cook this for at least a good uh I would say a good hour in the oven then I’m going to then I’m going to put together our honey mustard base together that we’re going

To dress our chicken with okay and I’ll be back all right guys so I got a about a good half a cup of mustard here SP a bowl my like to be a little bit more under 20 side but you can add an accordance to what you like if

You like a little bit more sweetness go ahead now you could do equal parts um of this or you could do a little bit more of um honey okay so I usually do like a 3/4 cups to a half a cup of mustard okay it’s really nothing

Complicated cuz I like it more on the with the little bit the I like to taste the mustard in the background while I’m getting that nice sweetness from the honey or some people might like it in reverse would they like more of the mustard to come forth than the honey in

The background see what I’m saying so you’ll add less and more but I’m using about a half a cup of mustard to about 3/4 cups of Honey taste it let’s taste this mhm that is perfect okay my loves as you can see um um it’s actually been about 45 minutes

And um this is what the chicken looks like right now I’m going to continue baking it uncovered this is why I like to bake it Loosely covered cuz you don’t want it it’s not like you want it to boil okay because again um chicken produces its own water so I’m going to

Put this back in the oven okay and let it continue to bake okay and uh we’ll be back I’m GNA let this bake guys oh yes guys and I forgot to tell you um I did bring the temperature up to 375 okay so between 350 375 you know I

Usually like to bake my chicken at 375 especially when it’s like thighs and legs and stuff like that but um as you can see this is the water so I’m not going to get rid of this liquid cuz eventually it’s going to reduce uncovered in the oven as it continues to

Bake and that’s when the flavors are really going to start intensifying okay so now I’m putting on the sauce I love lots of sauce especially this honey mustard sauce and as it reduces it’s really good trust me and now we’re going to have this uncovered and we’re going to bring up the temperature

Now to like a 37 I mean up to like 400 so it could get to a nice boil so it could give us that nice coloring that we want okay trust me I like plenty of sauce if you don’t want this much that’s on you but I love

You’re going to be like oh my God this honey mustard is so good and the sauce with some rice baby let me tell you all right love so I’m going to put this back in the oven and let it boil for at least at least good what 10 15 minutes and it’ll be

Ready so here it is my love our delicious honey mustard chicken what I love about this I love when the honey creates that nice caramelization on it I just love it and has that nice shine and the combination of the honey mustard with this chicken is a delight
