* 100ml warm milk
* 100ml warm water
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp instant yeast
* Splash of olive oil

For the filling:
* 600g fresh spinach
* 4 tbsp olive oil
* 3 medium-sized onions, chopped
* Salt
* Black pepper
* Red pepper flakes
* (Optional) Cheese

For the edges:
* Egg yolk (for brushing)
* Nigella seeds or sesame seeds
* Butter/oil

* Make the dough: Mix warm milk, water, sugar, and yeast. Let it rest. Slowly add flour and salt, kneading until smooth. Add a splash of olive oil halfway through.
