Tzatziki Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1 quart Greek whole milk yogurt
– 1 cup seedless cucumber, grated and strained
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon each of fresh dill, cilantro, Italian parsley, shallots and mint
– 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated and strained cucumber, salt, black pepper, chopped dill, cilantro, Italian parsley, and mint.
2. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice and stir until well combined.
3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 5-7 days.

Tsiki sauce doesn’t appear that anybody can get this sauce right so this is it Cho mint Cho fresh dill a little bit of cilantro and a little bit of Italian parsley I’ve got some shallots in here some chopped garlic salt fresh ground pepper and touch of lemon juice

Cucumbers here that I shredded you can see there’s still a little juice in them so you take a clean kitchen towel and you just make sure that this cucumber is dry and then to that we add Greek yogurt and you know you want the Greek yogurt that’s strained lemon juice helps get

That nice sour clean finish see how nice and thick this tsiki is it’s cuz we squeezed out those cucumbers black Pepper’s got to be freshly grated it gives you that nice pop that great flavor it’s thick it’s cucumber it’s got that nice sour that’s tsiki sauce it doesn’t get any better than that
