Ingredients for 2 people :
● 200g of rice
● 250g of mushrooms
● 1 onion
● 10cl of white wine
● 1 garlic clove
● 1.5L of chicken broth (for 2 cubes)
● Parsley
● 20g of butter
● 40g of Parmesan

Hello everyone ! Welcome to this mushroom risotto recipe Chop an onion Mince one clove of garlic Chop flat-leaf parsley Roughly chop 250 g of mushrooms Grate 40 g of parmesan cheese Heat 1,5 L of chicken (or vegetable) broth Sauté three-quarters of the onions in olive oil over high heat

Add 200 g of risotto rice Stir continuously to prevent the rice from sticking After 5 minutes, deglaze with 10 cl of white wine The white wine has evaporated, add 2 ladles of broth Add three-quarters of the mushrooms Constantly stir to prevent the rice from sticking

When the broth is absorbed, add another 2 ladles Continue adding broth until the rice is cooked, about 20 minutes The rice is cooked, add a knob of butter to bind everything together Add the parmesan cheese Sauté the remaining mushrooms in butter… …With a little bit of garlic and onion The parsley
