This Banana Bread recipe is easy to prepare and is perfectly moist, tender, and sweet. Try slathering it with unsalted butter and toast the bread or a warm slice of banana bread with some butter and, of course, a cup of coffee.☕ Here’s the guide you’ll need. 

        Easy & Moist Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

3 large overripe bananas 
3/4 cup sugar 
1/3 cup oil 
1/3 cup whole milk
1 cup all-purpose flour 
3 teaspoons baking powder 
1 large egg, room temperature 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1/3 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts or raisins) (optional)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Note: 1. For a nut-free banana bread, just leave out the pecans and follow the rest of the recipe as written.
         2. Use RIPE/OVERRIPE bananas so your bread comes even more strongly banana-flavored & richer.
         3. The banana bread can be kept at room temperature for 4 days. Wrap it well in plastic wrap. 
         4. For longer storage, refrigerate the loaf for up to 5 days, or wrap the
             bread in plastic wrap and then aluminum foil and freeze for up to 2 months.

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until completely smooth.
3. Add in sugar, milk, egg, oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk ingredients until combined. 
4. Sift flour and baking powder to remove any lumps. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and pecans into the banana mixture. 
5. Brush the 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with melted butter.
6. Pour the banana batter into the buttered loaf pan and lightly tap the pan on the counter to evenly distribute batter. 
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out completely clean. 
8. Remove from oven and allow the banana bread to cool on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
9. Serve and enjoy the deliciously moist banana bread! 🍌
