This Maple Bourbon Glazed Ham is so delicious and is perfect for any special holiday dinner. The maple and bourbon compliment the ham wonderfully and gives it a sweet and salty flavor.

Maple Bourbon Glaze
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup pure maple syrup
3/4 cup bourbon whiskey

In a medium sauce pot combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes until slightly thickened with a glaze consistency. Brush over ham a couple of times every 15 minutes the last 30 minutes of baking.

Glaze is also good on chicken, pork chops, and salmon.

Placed it cutsside down into a roasting pan p and I have a lid here that fits but just doesn’t fit tightly enough so I’m actually going to take a piece of aluminum foil and then I’m going to place the lid on and then it is recommended to bake in a

250° oven for about 15 minutes per pound so I’m going to uh cook this am for roughly 2 and 1/2 hours I’m going to remove it the last half hour so that I can put on the glaze all right so now I have my ingredients here to make a delicious
