This is a Woodfired rainbow cookie canoli and I got to ask is it a smash or a pass Woodfired Edibles is doing some crazy things on his food truck and this is a great example of that he’s taking Strat atella cheese and sweetening it up like canoli cream adding chopped rainbow
Cookies grated dark and white chocolate right on top then he’s stuffing in fresh strawberries mozzarella cheese wrapping it up and putting this little pillow of love into that wood burning flame and it comes out looking like this now in all said and done this is like a canoli

100% pass. Looks like dog sh!t. A cannoli is a deep-fried pastry. This is a great example of being a complete Moron!
