I’m happy changing and being vegetarian! I’m still learning different meals, so thank you to this sub and all of you to share new ideas!

This is hummus with lentils salad, veggie chips and carrot! Hopefully you like it and I arrive to one year being vegetarian! Any advice it’s very welcome! ☺️🙂

Great job! This looks like a delicious and satisfying meal! The only thing I might recommend is trying to add a green in there—garlic roasted green beans seem like they’d fit well with this dish ☺️

Looks good. What kind of lentils is that? black grams?

    Congrats! Four years for me!

And last night’s dinner was at a decent Indian restaurant, God help me I’m going gluten-free on top of veg, but I still managed to have a big dinner of a this amazing chickpea-potato-veg appetizer, and saag paneer on rice for a main. Fantastic!

It seems like you like lentils! How would you feel about a spiced, creamy, herbaceous lentil soup? This describes daal from South Asia.

looks great! how did you dress those lentils?

the only thing I would add is some sort of grain: rice, couscous, farro, bread, pasta, etc.
