In this video, I shared one of my daily salads with you. It’s super easy and delicious, packed with vitamins for a healthy boost, especially with its tempting Italian dressing.
It stays fresh in the fridge for 3 days, and you can add dressing and cheese right before serving.

Ingredients for the daily salad:
2 Persian cucumbers
2 cups chopped lettuce
2 Green onions
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup pitted olives
100g feta cheese

Salad dressing:
Juice of one lemon
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Red Pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

HI, I’M NASI. IN THIS VIDEO, I’M SHARING WITH YOU A SUPER HEALTHY SALAD RECIPE THAT’S VERY EASY TO MAKE EVERY DAY. 2 Persian cucumbers CUT THE CUCUMBERS LENGTHWISE AND THEN SLICE THEM. About 2 cups of chopped lettuce WASH AND CHOP THE LETTUCE WELL.

YOU CAN USE ANY TYPE OF LETTUCE YOU HAVE ON HAND. 2 green onions 2 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes 1/2 CUP CHERRY TOMATOES, HALVED. bunch of parsley BUNCH OF PARSLEY, FINELY CHOPPED. 1/2 cup pitted olives, halved. 100 grams of feta cheese 100 GRAMS OF FETA CHEESE, OR ANY CHEESE YOU LIKE.

PUT ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A SALAD BOWL. LET’S MAKE OUR DELICIOUS ITALIAN DRESSING. finely chopped garlic clove Juice of one lemon 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste MIX THE SALAD GREENS AND THEN ADD THE DRESSING AND MIX.

THIS WAY, THE DRESSING WILL SPREAD BETTER IN THE SALAD. THEN SPRINKLE THE CHEESE ON TOP OF THE SALAD. ENJOY YOUR MEAL. IT STAYS FRESH IN THE FRIDGE FOR UP TO 3 DAYS. IF YOU LET IT CHILL IN THE FRIDGE FOR HALF AN HOUR BEFORE SERVING, IT WILL TASTE EVEN BETTER.
