Ingredients for 4-6 servings

Marinade

– 1/2 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
– 2 Tbsp Mirin (optional)
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 1 Tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp black pepper

Salmon

– 2-2.5lb salmon fillet, about 3/4” thick
– 1 Tbsp brown sugar (packed)

Hi guys welcome back to my Channel today let’s make this baked Teryaki salmon it’s so delicious and so easy to make let’s start okay let’s make the marinade I’m going to make the marinade into the baking dish so I can put my salmon right in half cup of soy sauce4 cup of packed

Brown sugar 2 tbsp of mirin and teaspoon of a seame oil and a teaspoon of minced garlic and a tablespoon of white sugar and some pepper about a teaspoon and let’s mix them together so all the sugar can dissolved that’s the marinade and I’m using 2 and2 pound of salmon

Filet if your salmon filet is longer than your baking dish like mine cut it off so you can fit it into the baking dish just make sure the overlaped part has enough marinade between two pieces of the salmon this is it cover it up and marinated for 24 hours in a

Refrigerator take it out a day later uncover it and flip the fish when you flip the salmon you can see the color is brown black the salmon soaked up the marinade that’s what we want and let’s flip this big Fila oh and the color is this gorgeous brown black that’s very good
