    Ingredients:

Tofu – 1 block. Firm kind.

Avocado oil (or any cooking oil) – 2 tablespoons.

    Granulated garlic – 1 teaspoon.

Low sodium soy sauce – 1 tablespoon.

    Vegan barbecue sauce (I use Stubb’s) – 2 tablespoons.

    Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon.

    Black pepper – 1 teaspoon.

Black and brown sesame seeds – to garnish.

Dry parsley flakes – to garnish.

    Instructions:

Tofu – drain the tub and pat dry the tofu block. Cut it into bite sized cubes. In a skillet, heat oil on medium heat and saute tofu cubes until lightly browned. In the last minute or so before you turn off the heat, add granulated garlic and saute evenly so that all the cubes get coated with it. Turn off heat and set the tofu cubes aside.

Sauce – Mix soy sauce + barbecue sauce + lemon juice + pepper. Pour the mixture over the tofu cubes and toss gently. Garnish with sesame seeds and dry parsley flakes.

Serve them in a bowl or skewered onto fancy picks if you desire.

I think I have everything to make this at home right now. This is a sign!
