Sharing this recipe is timing and good for holy week or lenten season .

Here’s the recipe
fresh salmon fillet
herbs: fresh cilantro and parsley
2 gloves of garlic
rock salt
ground black pepper
lemon juice
butter (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil

Rub the salmon fillet with rock salt and freshly ground black pepper.
On a bake dish, line with aluminom foil, put the salmon fillet and add grated gloves of garlic on top.
Put cilantro and parsley to add flavor.
Add olive oil and/or butter
Add slices of lemon on the sides.
Bake it for at least 15-25 min at 350’F on pre heated oven.
Served it hot and squizzes some lemon.
