Ingredients:
2 Large Chicken Breasts, cut in half for 4 cutlets
1/2 cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Black pepper
2 Large eggs
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Butter
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

FOR HOMEMADE MARINARA SAUCE (3 cups):
28 oz Crushed tomato
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Medium yellow onion, diced
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. Dried oregano
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
1 tbsp. Fresh Basil, finely minced

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes or until the cheese melted.
