All right chicken saloka this recipe is straight from Rome Italy it’s simple it’s delicious it’s healthy and it only takes 20 minutes to cook the name saloka in Italian literally means jump in the mouth and that’s cuz it’s so damn good start with a nice thin chicken cutlet a layer of Fontina
