INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork

For Italian sauce:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup shallots (chopped)
6 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 lb Italian peeled tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 dried basil
1 bay leaf

In a large pot, pour olive oil, combine chopped shallot onion and garlic, tomatoes, salt, sugar, black pepper, dried basil and bay leaf.
Reduce heat to low. Cover it and simmer for 90 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, onion and garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper.
In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the two eggs.
In a large bowl, add the breadcrumb mixture, beaten eggs, heavy cream, ground beef and pork. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until evenly combined. Wet your hands with water. Use your hands to grab a small ball. And shape the meat small meatballs. Transfer the balls to prepared baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes.
After the Italian sauce is done, transfer the prepared meatballs to a pot of sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer for five minutes.
Serve hot with Fettuccine pasta. Add the Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
