– 1 garlic clove

Sausage Egg & Cheese
– brioche buns
– 4oz sausage patty (per sandwich)
– 1 egg (per sandwich)

– 2 tbsp ketchup
– 1 tbsp chipotle sauce, varies on spice tolerance

A great day starts with a greater breakfast today I’m going to show you three breakfast sandwiches from the iconic egg restaurant chain know forther egg based sandwiches I’ve never had them before but I’ve seen them all over social media so they must be good right let’s make them at home and see

What they’re about starting with the most popular sandwich which is the Fairfax that’s loaded with caramelized onions y know I’m going to love that melted cheese creamy scrambled eggs in between buttery Brio spun all things perfect let’s get started with the onions that is going to take the most

Amount of time and then the ball gets rolling going in there with a yellow onion almost forgot the name of the onion and we’re just going to slice them up if you want to dice them by all means you can but you can also slice them up

Be different and I’m only doing one onion cuz I’m just making one sandwich but if you’re making multiple sandwiches then obviously you need more onions and then once your onions look like so joshu wsman just posted and how to cut a every onion video I don’t know what these are

Called he named them something but once they look like this you can set them to the side we’ll bring back a hot pan and we’ll get ready to cook to this hot pan we’re going to add a little bit of avocado oil give this all the onions

That we have I don’t know why I put it in two containers give this a good quick mix mix them up break them all up never put your hand in a hot pan like I’m doing guys go in there with a nice pinch of salt give this a quick mix I love

Caramelizing onions this is a really good day and if I can have them for breakfast best believe I’m going to do that then throw in a knob of butter let that melt get coated down and this is going to take some time guys so be patient if you really want some good

Deeply caramelized onions it will take about an hour and that’s what we’re going to do but luckily we’re going to go ahead and get started on everything else while the onions are cooking so don’t feel ashamed just let all that butter get all mixed and Incorporated

And then turn it down to low heat and just let it go for an hour over that period of an hour you will start to see some bits start sticking to the bottom of the pan just get a splash of water throw it in the pan to deglaze it keep

On doing that till all the onions are deeply caramelized we can see how they look now next time you see these onions they’re going to be looking a lot better set this to the side now let’s get started on our bacon egg and cheese Shout Out

Want to use a lot of butter that’s really just the secret you want to have like your bread swimming and butter don’t feel shy we’re not being health conscious if you’re being health conscious then this recipe is not for you butterful I said butterful beautiful

Some bacon who doesn’t love bacon that’s a great way to start your day so get that we spread it out and you can use whatever bacon you want I’m using hickory smoked thick cut bacon and then you just go over the top with a little bit of cracked black pepper you can also

Do like maple sugar like which is just putting some syrup and some brown sugar in it but this is just good we’ll throw this in the oven for about 20 30 minutes till whatever dness you’re looking for and then we’ll move on to the next thing

For the bacon egg and cheese we need the egg now so we’re going to make an over medium egg if you never met an over medium egg I got you going to do just a little bit of butter and a splash of oil in there good mix let that butter melt

And you can make your eggs however you like it if you want all scramble eggs do that fried eggs whatever the case may be please feel free to do it but this is just how they do it so I’m going to be as accurate as possible I take one egg

Obviously bang it on the counter crack it right into there and we’re just going to let that cook now we’re going to season it up with a small pinch of salt and a little fresh pepper and now you just want to let this gently cook once you see the egg white is set

We’ll flip it over and gently let it cook on that side another thing you can do is tilt some of that oil and butter towards you and just baste it not the egg yolk but the egg white and then once you see that egg y white is set take it

Be gentle with it and you just flip it over just like so I’m going to turn the heat off and let that finish cooking to assemble let’s make a quick sauce first thing we need is just a little bit of ketchup do about a tablespoon then we’re going there with some pepper and

Adobo just the juice you don’t want the big peppers in there but if you want the peppers by all means do that and right here you have Chipotle ketchup We’ll add a small pinch of salt some pepper give that a mix and now you have a beautiful

Sandwich so of course we’re going to torch this just get it to MK ever so lightly and then you go in there and you ever so graciously Crown your king and you have the bacon egg and cheese Shout Out New York very traditional but let’s take a bite let’s see what this is

Going for the bakon egg and cheese I put it in parment paper to make a little sandwich like they do I can’t wait to try it let’s go for it oh my goodness don’t get no better than this that that’s good it’s a basic breakfast sandwich there’s not much to
