If you love strawberries, then here’s a strawberry salad to brighten up your lunch! It’s quick to make with an optional lemon honey dressing. So refreshing and ready in no time!
Ingredients for the salad:
435 gr strawberry
Half a bundle of roughly chopped coriander leaves
About 2 to 3 tablespoons of diced red onion
1 avocado
Ingredients for the salad dressing:
2 tablespoons of juice of lemon
2 tablespoons of pure honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
A pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon of chili flakes
60 ml extra virgin olive oil
