Grilled Lobster Manicotti – Seafood & Pasta For The Win!

There are many ways to combine seafood and pasta. One of my favorites is to whip up a batch of Grilled Lobster Manicotti.

Sauce Ingredients

28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
15 oz Tomato Puree
2 TBSP Fresh Basil Chopped
2 TBSP Fresh Oregano Chopped
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Kosher Salt

Lobster Ricotta Filling

15 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
½ cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded
1 Egg
1 Medium Shallot Grated
1 cup Chopped Cooked Spinach
4 oz Grilled Lobster Chopped
