Pomegranate Delight Roasted Chicken Stuffed with Walnuts

“Pomegranate Delight Roasted Chicken Stuffed with Walnuts” is the recipe that follows:

Components:

1 complete chicken, weighing about 4-5 pounds
One cup of pomegranate seeds, or arils
half a cup of walnuts, chopped
Two tsp olive oil
two minced garlic cloves
A single tsp of dried thyme
One tsp of dehydrated rosemary
To taste, add salt and pepper.
One sliced lemon (optional)
For garnish, use fresh parsley (optional).

Guidelines:

Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C.
Combine the chopped walnuts and pomegranate arils in a bowl.
After giving the chicken a quick rinse in cold water, blot dry with paper towels. Give the chicken a liberal amount of salt and pepper on both the inside and outside.
Place the combination of walnuts and pomegranates inside the chicken’s cavity.
Olive oil, chopped garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary should all be combined in a small bowl. Distribute this mixture evenly over the chicken’s exterior.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish or roasting pan. Slices of lemon can be added to the chicken if you’d like more taste.

Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 to 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear when pierced with a knife. Cooking time will vary depending on the size of the chicken.
Once the chicken is cooked through, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before carving.
Garnish the roasted chicken with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.
