Southern Breakfast Casserole / Most Delicious / Fast & Easy Breakfast Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1/3 lb Spicy Breakfast Sausage (Browned)
(Cook separately in pan)
1 3/4 – 2 cups water & broth combination
2/3 Cup of Grits
(Prepare Grits separately)
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Mozzarella
1 tbsn Chives
Coconut Oil for stir frying veggies
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 cup Vidalia (if available) Onion
(Stir Fry all veggies in pan with cooked sausage)
4 Large Eggs (beaten)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Add Sour Cream to 4 beaten eggs, add remaining 1 cup of Cheese

Combine all ingredients in 8×8 Casserole Dish and Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
