G’day guys, Greg here, Today I show you how easy it is to whip up a really quick breakfast for those of you on the run, or maybe on the way to the gym to help bulk up. PS i think my microwave is 1000watts but don’t quote me on that.

  1. Gently pierce the egg yolk with a tooth pick or a skewer twice to prevent explosion. I still use the cover to prevent the butter from exploding.

  3. I like to set the power at 30%, cooking the egg slower so I dont over shoot the consistency I'm looking for. I also pop the yoke before cooking so it doesn't blow up inside the breakroom microwave

  6. You can also make poached eggs in the microwave. Put water in a cup or bowl to about halfway up. Crack in egg. Nuke 30 secs at a time till done to your preference. Scoop out with slotted spoon and place on folded paper towel. Then slide onto toast, or a plate, or a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
