Ingredients for Coleslaw:
– 2 cups chopped Cabbage
– 1 cup Carrot, chopped or grated
– 1/4 cup each of diced Green, Yellow, and Red Bell Pepper
– 1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
– 4 tsp Spring Onion, chopped
– 1 medium Apple, chopped
– 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
– 1 tsp Crushed Pepper Powder
– 1/8 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
– 1 tsp Mustard Powder
– 1 tsp Sugar
– 4 tbsp Milk
– 2 tsp Lemon Juice
(Tsp- Teaspoon/5ml; Tbsp- Tablespoon/15m)

Instructions:
– In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, carrot, diced bell peppers, finely chopped onion, chopped spring onion, and apple.
– Add mayonnaise, crushed pepper powder, salt, mustard powder, sugar, milk, and lemon juice.
– Mix all the ingredient together until the vegetables, apple, and dressing are evenly combined and coated.
– Cover the bowl and refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together. Once chilled, give the coleslaw a final stir and serve.
