Turkish Chickpeas Salad

INGREDIENTS:
200 gm Chickpeas (precooked chickpea)
1 small onion, thinly slice.
1red pepper finely chopped.
Spinach leaves wash and roughly chopped.
Scallions/Spring onion finely chopped.
3 Garlic cloves chopped.
Cherry tomatoes
Fresh coriander chopped.

Olive oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Paprika powder 2 tsp
cumin powder half tsp
chili flakes pinch of
Sumac powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Process:

-Drain out the water of chickpeas.
-Add olive oil in a frying pan, add chickpeas and stir fry.
-add salt and paprika powder, cook for 1 minute then remove the fry pan.
-In another fry pan, add olive oil chopped garlic, onion and fry for 1 min
– Then add pepper and mix
-Add spinach and sauté them.
-Add cherry tomatoes mix, add salt as per taste
-Add spring onion and mix. Sauté all the veggies.
-Remove the pan from heat. Transfer the salad into a serving plate.
-Now add the fried chickpeas on veggies and combine well
-add cumin powder chili flakes and sumac mix.
-pour some lemon juice and mix.
garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
