I was just listening to this and I thought I heard you say "sour cream" so I went back to listen again so I could time stamp to see if I was correct and then I saw the little *cream cheese in the corner. Is that easier to do than a voice over when editing? Just curious. P.S I tried making sausage links with my KitchenAid and I 100% agree, the grinding is not so bad, but stuffing is a nightmare doing solo. What inexpensive stuffer would you recommend. I know a different video, but I watch them all.

  4. I apologize ahead of time if this isn’t the place to put in a request. I am a beginner woodworker who just finished a few cutting boards and butcher blocks for personal use. I am a fan of your channel for about 2 years and noticed you do most of your prep on the butcher block counter in your videos outside. I’m always nervous about cross contamination from not cleaning well enough, especially with poultry, so I use mine more for presentation than preparation. Would you be able to provide feedback on how you clean yours or maybe a video? Sorry for the strange request.

  5. I do something similar to this but I use Texas Pete hot sauce instead of jalapenos and mix the back into the cream cheese mixture. YUM. Will definitely have to try what you've done here.

  7. Well crap I never thought about adding the bacon. I’d been steaming Cajun seasoned shrimp and adding them into the cream cheese mix. But I’m definitely putting the bacon on top next time.

  8. I do keto and this would be a great snack or side dish. I’ll definitely have to give these a try.
