Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes
3 potatoes
2 carrots
1 red onion
1 white onion
200 g of chickpea
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp Black cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp turmeric
400 ml tomato sauce
handful of spinach

1. Sweet potatoes cut into cubes and fry with potatoes on oil for 10 minutes;
2. Then cut carrot strips and add to the potatoes. Fry for another 5-7 minutes;
3. Add red and white onions. Cook on medium fire for another 10 minutes;
4. Mix coriander, black cumin, turmeric and black pepper;
5. At the end, add tomato sauce and mixed spices;
6. Chickpeas pre-soaked in cool water for 12 hours.

You can add honey on request before serving
