1 Pound of Extra Large Shrimp
2 Eggs
Vegetable Oil/Peanut Oil for Frying
1 Cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut
1 Cup Plain Panko
1 Cup Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste

Serving/Garnish:
2-3 Limes
Chick-Fil-A Sweet & Spicy Sriracha Sauce (Or your favorite Sweet Chili/Cocktail Sauce)
