Gordon Ramsay-inspired Broccoli Soup (with slight tweaks)

Here’s a quick 15-minute dinner idea!
Satisfying, filling, and nutritious! And so easy to whip up on a whim

Macros for the whole recipe: (2-3 servings)
Protein: 13.4g
CHO: 35.6g
F: 18.3g

🥦 Ingredients
1 head of Broccoli
Water (enough to submerge half the broccoli)
1 Tbsp Olive oil
Pinch of Chilli powder
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
2 Tbsp Ricotta cheese
Bread of choice (I used Vogels)

Method:
1. Add broccoli florets into salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes (or until florets are a bright dark green colour)
2. Blend broccoli with enough water to cover half of all the florets until smooth and creamy
3. Add seasonings to taste and serve with ricotta cheese, olive oil, and bread!
