Green Bean Casserole Naan Pizza!

This is a great way to use up those Easter leftovers this Sunday or if you’re my husband and I, a quick and easy Easter dinner for two!

I made them unsalted so they are low sodium! You can also just grab some Easter leftovers and slather them on some naan and throw it in the oven, in the air fryer or on the stove in a pan with a lid…..you could even throw it on the grill or a fire too…l’ve been watching a lot of van life/car life on YouTube lately, so now I just wanna cook on a fire! Come onnnn camping vacation!

•2 cans unsalted French style green beans
•1 can unsalted cream of mushroom soup
•1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
•1/2 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper & mushroom powder
•1 onion, chopped
•Shredded cheese (I did a mixture of extra sharp cheddar and pepper jack)
•mini naan bread

Preheat oven to 500°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drain the green beans and mix with the cream of mushroom, Greek yogurt and seasonings. Then slather it on some mini naan bread (or even English muffins, that worked so good too in the air fryer) and top with cheese and onions. Then bake for a few minutes until cheese is bubbly and bread is toasty. Enjoy!

  2. Looks yummy like all of your recipes but I don't know how to make vegan "cream of mushroom soup", but I might find it?
