While in Portugal I was shown a regional dish by my new friend Jorge, who was kind enough to take me shopping and share his version of this popular stew made in Portugal. Caldeirada isn’t something that’s common in America, which is why I’m VERY excited to share his recipe.

  1. Amazing video. I lived in Portugal for a couple of years and couldn’t believe how fresh the fish looked on markets. Which area of Portugal was this?

  2. Hey Mitch, man, because of you, I started cooking again, your channel came to me, and I really liked it, I bought Anthony's book Les Halles (I had to import it from Amazon), and now I'm going to cook again! thanks man! Stay strong in the process! Greetings from Brazil!
