This was so delicious, and smokey!!! Not only was the meatloaf itself juicy and Packed with flavor, but the topping I coated it with was made with brown sugar, and chipotle puree!!! The mashed potatoes had a buttery melt in your mouth feel, and worked Perfect with the Meatloaf!! A Definite MUST TRY!!!
