Easy brunch recipe ideas. Delicious appetizers for your next party.

In today’s video, I would like to show you a few delicious appetizers that are super easy to prepare for a brunch, a party or an aperitivo.

1. Apple cake
– Apples (700 g, cleaned) 930 g
– Sugar 200 g
– All-purpose flour 250 g
– Butter 100 g
– Whole milk (at room temperature) 150 g
– Eggs (at room temperature) 2
– Lemons 1
– Baking powder 16 g
– Ground cinnamon to taste
– Raisins
– Fine salt 1 pinch
– Powdered sugar to taste

2. Italian flatbread (Ingredients for 4 piadine)
– All-purpose flour or type 0 flour or whole wheat flour, as preferred 230 grams
– Half a teaspoon of fine salt
– WARM water 125 grams
– A tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or your preferred vegetable oil (corn, sunflower, peanut, etc.)

3. Spicy Mexican sauce (1 bowl)
– Tomato pulp 400 ml or 4/5 fresh tomatoes
– Half onion
– Half a red bell pepper
– Half a yellow-green pepper
– 1 chilli pepper
– 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar
– 1 teaspoon of cane sugar
– Extra virgin oil
– Tabasco drops to taste
– Salt
– Pepper

4. Spicy stuff eggs (6 eggs)
– 6 boiled yolks
– 1 cane of tuna
– Capers, spicy olives, anchovies, mustard to taste
– Half red onion

5. Eggplant cream
– 2 baked eggplants
– 2 cloves of garlic or onion to taste
– Mayonnaise: 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt, 200 ml seeds oil)

6. Friselle and Stuffed Belgian endives
– 2 friselle : cherry tomatoes, garlic, anchovies, fresh basil, extra virgin oil, salt;
– Belgian endives leaves: cherry tomatoes, red onion and avocado, extra virgin oil, salt, lime or lemon juice

7. Provola cheese and ham bruschetta

Io cucino per “bisogno” e molto molto spesso (ok SEMPRE) per variare devo avere la mia APP di ricette perché sennò’ mi sento persa 😩 …. A volte mi chiedo quale sia la ragione per la quale mio figlio grande abbia deciso di fare l’ alberghiero 😅😂😂😂😂😂 (la risposta e’ nelle app 😂😂😂) diciamo che preferisco pulire al cucinare…….
