Made a lovely roasted red salsa, hope you all love it!

    • One Tomato – Quartered

    • Two Tomatillos – Halved

    • One Jalapeño – Halved, do not remove the insides

    • one poblano – Halved, clean insides

    • One green bell pepper – Whole, cleaned

    • half of a red onion – cut into strips

    – Roast all ingredients above until perfectly lightly charred

    – with an emulsifier, blend all roasted veggies with one dried Guajilo chili and 2 dried ancho chilis, add salt to taste

    – blend for 1 minute on high
