🌟🍪 Full recipe:
Ingredients:
14.5 tbls unsalted butter (brown butter and cooled)
¾ cups brown sugar
¾ cups granulated sugar
1 + ½ tsp vanilla
2 large eggs
3 cups all purpose flour (390g) [I recommend doing only 2]
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
35 pieces of soft caramels (make sure to use soft)
Little kosher salt ontop

Instructions:
1. Brown the butter in a saucepan, and cool off.
2. In a large bowl, make the dough: add the cooled off, sugars, vanilla, eggs, mix until well combined
3. In a separate bowl, add your dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda. Slowly sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
4. Once the dough has been formed, fold in chocolate chips, and roll into balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pop in freezer for 20 minutes.
5. Turn oven on to 365F, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle cookies with a little salt while still warm, and let cool. Once cool, serve.

  4. Hey! I feel like I've been watching you get better at cooking a lot. I of course don't know the starting skill but either way, You should be more confident in your cooking! Honestly you weren't doing anything wrong, you just had to keep going and butter would have browned!
I just mean this in a positive way but you shouldn't doubt yourself so much! ❤

  5. My grandma likes putting the brown sugar in the browned butter before it’s fully browned. Idk why she does it but it’s always fun to lick that pan when she was done with it

  6. Love it. Yum caramel.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

  7. Ok you need to try putting a chocolate eclair werthers in the middle of the cookies. It is my favorite thing to add to my cookies! Also I love your videos!

  8. Omg try Jacques Torres’s recipe. I found where Rachel ray was on the show with him and she put the recipe on her page. Instead I just used plain chocolate chips but OMG THEY WERE SOOOOO GOOD
