What you’ll need:

200g ground almond
116g sugar *adjust the sweetness to your liking
2 large egg whites
1/2tsp almond extract *I don’t have it on hand, so I added vanilla paste
2tbsp corn flour
icing sugar for dusting

Bake at 180c for 10-15min
*baking time really depends on the size of the cookies
* I made 15 cookies, as I made them quite big in size.
*if you make them smaller, you may get up to 20 pieces
