  1. I love these videos but I always feel like as an amateur cook there are steps missing. It’s too quick for me. I’d love more explanation and content. Ex. Two turns of a pan with oil or another liquid, if I pour too fast or too slow it’s not going to come out the same amount as she does. I know that she is professional it doesn’t have to measure and then I will have to measure. Sometimes it’s just a bit hard to follow. But I just love her so much I can’t not watch her videos.
