  4. Wow that looks so good. I bought the flavcity protein smoothie and itโ€™s ok. I tried to just add unsweetened coconut milk and it didnโ€™t mix well. I tried to blend it – it was a disaster like it blew up lol. I have two large bag so I will give this pancakes recipe out with it and hopefully it works. Thank for sharing

  5. PLEASE donโ€™t use โ€œscoopโ€ as a measurement. All scoops are not alike. Either weigh it out in grams or ounces or use standard measuring cups. Unless you are actually trying to get us to buy the smoothie powder, in which case Iโ€™ll pass.

The problem is having to accept all cookies, there should be options for cookies such as accept or reject, I want to limit the amount of my data collected by the websites that I visit.   7. I make my own 4-ingredient pancakes with ~60 g protein:
    – 6 dl water (milk is better but not absolutely vital)
    – 75 g whey powder
    – 3 eggs
    – 3 dl flour
    Serve with greek yoghurt and berries!

  8. Myra is using the plant based protein powder which is 2 scoops for 1 serving size so if you have the whey based Flavcity I would use 1 scoops. For any other protein powder, I would use whatever the bag says is a single serving.

  10. 1:46 it does have added sugar in form of banana powder, which is in fact almost pure sugar. Not that it's something bad, really. Also you really shouldn't be promoting overpriced protein powder sold by Bobby the fake health guru ๐Ÿ˜‰ For your own good, you really don't want to be associated with that man.

She is only trying to help us all and I think she is doing wonderful. The number of followers she has shows that. If you donโ€™t like how she does things, go to a different channel

  17. Hi! Mayra. Thank you very much for your amazing recipes. I have done several of them and loved them all a lot. I ve made these pancakes in my mini electrical griddle and they came out very cute with the same size. The second time I have made a half recipe with some modifications: such as: 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of PB fit powder, 1/4 cup of ricotta cheese, no baking powder. Cooked it as one big crepe. Rolled it stuffed with some greek style yogurt, fresh strawberries and some pecans . All of them are delish! Thank you so much!

  18. Thanks, i was bored with my same old keto pancake recipe, this works! I wanted to use some additional pantry items so i did 1 scoop ea almond flour and vanilla kachava mix, 1 egg, 3 tbls egg white liquid, 1 tbls egg white protein powder, 2 tspn baking powder, 1 tbls oat fiber and vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg taste. You are my low carb hero!๐Ÿ˜˜
