Simple Lebanese Spicy Potatoes

I hope everyone had a great Easter weekend! How did your week start off? Well, I am about to make it better with a fun and cool side dish! We are making some Lebanese Spicy Potatoes. This is a cool way to ramp up dinner a little without going way out on a limb and not knowing if you will like the side… I mean they are POTATOES!! You know you love some potatoes lol. 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 tsp. Red Pepper Flake
1 tsp. Paprika
2 tsp. Turmeric
1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Cilantro, Chopped
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped
1/2 Cup Fresh Dill, Chopped
