I made this! I made this! TWO little tips. Don’t mix your crispy potatoes with the dressing until you are ready to eat it because it starts losing its crispness as soon as you mix. Also, you’ll get crispier pots if you put a little drizzle of oil or dab of butter on your parchment UNDER your spuds.
This is a great twist for potato salad. The dressing looks scrumptious, I want to make this recipe immediately!
