Preparation

  1. Turn on broiler, and cover pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Wash, dry and trim fat from tenderloin. Cut in half crosswise.
  3. Grate ginger, and combine with sesame oil, wine and hoisin sauce. Marinate pork in the mixture until it is time to broil.
  4. Broil pork two or three inches from source of heat 10 to 15 minutes, until meat is slightly pink inside, turning once. Slice and serve.
