Preparation
- Turn on broiler, and cover pan with aluminum foil.
- Wash, dry and trim fat from tenderloin. Cut in half crosswise.
- Grate ginger, and combine with sesame oil, wine and hoisin sauce. Marinate pork in the mixture until it is time to broil.
- Broil pork two or three inches from source of heat 10 to 15 minutes, until meat is slightly pink inside, turning once. Slice and serve.
