This is an all time classic and so much flavor in the sauce! Its easy enough for a weeknight dinner or fancy enough for a dinner party! It comes together in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb thin chicken breast cutlets
1 8oz Pkg sliced mushrooms
1 medium shalllot …diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 t dried thyme or 1 T fresh
1/2 C flour
2/3 C chicken broth
2/3 C marsala wine
1/2 C heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
